Doctor-patient relationships in China have been deteriorating for the past 10 years. How to best handle the relationship between doctors and patients is becoming a tough question in the both modern society and future life.

Apparently, the question symbolically reveals a social phenomenon in our daily life: the strained relationship between doctors and patients. Were the situation of strained relationship to continue, we would pay a heavy price. Therefore, a patient must have confidence in the competence of their doctor and must feel that he can confide in him or her. In addition, as for ourselves, we ought to take practical actions, such as having more interpersonal communication with doctors, understanding more about medical system, to maintain the good relationship between doctors and patients. Most importantly, mass media , such as radio, television and internet, should make every effect to propagate and advocate it.

In view of every aspect of this phenomenon, we should bear in mind that: to best handle the relationship between doctors and patients is supremely significant to our society. The better the relationship in terms of mutual trust, the better will enhance the accuracy of diagnosis.

Huashan, situated in Huayin City, is 120 kilometers away from Xi’an. It is a part of the Qinling Mountains, which divide not only Southern and Northern Shanxi, but also South and North China. Unlike Taishan , which become a popular place of pilgrimage, Huashan was not well visited in the past because it is dangerous for the climbers to reach its summit. However , Huashan is an important place for immortality seekers due to the fact that many herbs grow there especially some rare ones. Since the installation of the cable cars in the 1990s, the number of visitors has increased obviously.
