喝咖啡能减肥_小心加了“禁药”!

会因高糖产生各种坏处,少喝为妙 。如果你喝的都是这样的「咖啡」,那可大错特错!
当然,如果你觉得黑咖啡太苦,大可就喝凉白开;实在想体验咖啡,加点牛奶或者奶粉也可以,但一定不要加糖 。
